Refund Policy

At The Wit Collective, we specialize in personalized, creative design services tailored to each couple’s unique vision. Because all of our work is custom and consultation-based, we maintain the following refund policy:

All Sales Are Final

Due to the bespoke nature of our services—including consultations, curated Pinterest boards, and custom design decks—all purchases are non-refundable. Once a service is booked and payment is received, work begins behind the scenes to prepare for your experience.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled Zoom session.

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend your session, your booking will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

Dissatisfaction with Service

We care deeply about your experience. If you are unhappy with the service you receive, we welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns and will do our best to address them. However, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
