1. Services Provided - The Wit Collective offers wedding design and decor consulting services, including vision consultations, curated Pinterest boards, custom design decks, and optional styling and wardrobe support. All services are provided virtually unless otherwise specified.

 

2. Bookings & Payments - All consultations must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.Full payment is required upfront to secure your booking.Prices are listed in USD and may be updated at any time. Bookings will honor the rate confirmed at time of payment.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds - Due to the custom, creative nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable.Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled consultation to reschedule.If you're unhappy with the service provided, please reach out—we’re committed to client satisfaction and are happy to discuss solutions. However, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

 

4. Intellectual Property - All visual materials, including design decks, Pinterest boards, and other deliverables created by The Wit Collective, are the sole intellectual property of the business. They may not be copied, redistributed, or used for purposes beyond your personal event without written permission.

 

5. Client Responsibility - Clients agree to: Provide accurate and complete information during the consultation process; Communicate clearly and respectfully; Understand that The Wit Collective provides vision and design support, but does not manage vendor bookings or event execution unless specifically stated

 

6. Limitation of Liability - The Wit Collective is not responsible for: Vendor performance, availability, or communicationLast-minute changes made by the couple or third parties; Any outcomes resulting from use of our recommendations or materials7.
